Koç University published its first yearbook in 1994. During this early period, the name of the yearbook changed from Koç University Kaleidoscope (1994-1999) to Koç University (2000-present).
While describing items in the library catalog as well as in the digital collection, the original title “Kaleidoscope” has been retained in the alternative title field, whereas library staff prefers “Koç University Alumni Yearbook” as title to be more specific for searching.
This collection includes a full set of yearbooks published by the Koç University.
Koç University Kaleidoscope = Koç University Alumni Yearbook, 1994-present
Yearbooks dated 1994-2015 were digitized in-house by the Koç University Suna Kıraç Library. Pages were scanned at 300 dpi in TIFF format, using Zeutschel OS 12000C A2. Derivative images of JPEG converted into PDF have been uploaded into our CONTENTdm digital platform for publication in 2014. Recent volumes (2016-present) are digital-born PDF files obtained from the publisher.
Any single page may be removed from the yearbooks at the request of the University’s Office of General Counsel and the University’s Office of Alumni Relations.
